sitting in the shade i was thinking about dreams/thoughts i've been having lately that seem more frightening than usual. i had a dream the other night i was lost behind a wall in the dark until it closed in on me and i was boxed in, i rolled out of the bed in my pitch black room and sweating and i wasn't even certain i was awake yet. and last night my sister got out of the car and walked along the side of the car and the image of her being smashed along the glass/car came across my mind, i could see her eyes go blank as she twisted pass the glass. i've been having some noticeably gruesome thoughts of car crashes since being here, glass shattering, metal crunching.

i'm hoping it's less possibilities i'm seeing and just some subconscious reaction to the claustrophobic nature of everything here, which would be strange though since i haven't had any conscious problems with it, i don't mind it at all.

I ran through the hills of Lamanon out side of Salon de Provence and looked inside caves supposedly around since neolithic times and I touched Nostradamus.

that's only gonna help w/making babies not playing better basketball

between my pockets and hands i walked down the street juggling a carton of clementine juice, a 12 pack of laughing cow cheese, a burnt out bulb, a set of new bulbs, a set of keys the size of my fist, garage door opener, a camera, a little money, house key my glasses which i broke earlier in the morning and and apple i bought because i knew at least i'd be able to throw it away when i finished eating it,

Looking at the time right at :01 all throughout the day. There's some empirical law about it where i live pretty ridiculous but i'm more superstitious the more i grow old.

i spent almost my entire day making handmade staples. i finished it though finally.

drove to Toronto, I'm flying in a few hours to Nice, I'm sitting here looking at old photos on a friends computer just waiting...

edit,

i am here, and very tired, but across the ocean at the very least.
